Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods:  Orders typically shipped within 1-3 business days and are shipped out Monday through Friday (excluding postal holidays) by USPS shipping method. Typical delivery times to USA postal codes are 1 to 7 business days once your order has shipped. USPS provides tracking for all order and tracking information will be sent to your email that you used to place your order.

Shipping: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for refused and/or returned shipments and this will be added to the invoice total.

Backorders: If your order contains a pre-ordered item, or a back-ordered item, the entire order will ship once all items are in stock. If you would like to have a partial order shipped immediately, please contact us. An additional shipping charge may apply for partial shipments.

Damage/Loss: All claims for damage or theft must be filed with delivering carrier. Super MIC B12 cannot file this for you but we will assist you with the process. All claims for shortage/mis-shipments/mis-billing must be made within 10 days of receipt. In the event of a faulty product, the product must be returned, at which point we will ship out a replacement product.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer any international shipping. We only ship to all 50 states in United States of American (USA) and USA territories and APO/FPO/DPO military locations.

We reserve the right to accept or deny any returns based on product misuse, neglect, or other "Acts of God" beyond our control.  

We adhere to the standard Consumer Protection guidelines as promulgated by the Attorneys General or other competent state authorities.
