How to use MIC B12 Lipotropic shots?

It is very easy to use our Super MIC-B12+ lipotropic shots. With our "oral" shots proprietary formula, you will never experience any pain in your glutes or buttocks, thigh or arm again.

 

ORIGINAL SUPER MIC-B12+ Lipotropic Shots Dosage Chart*

The recommended dosage is ½ oz. oral shot (15ml or 1Tbspn.), some may need to start with less and others may want to add more. As always, consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new dietary supplement or health regimen.


While Losing Weight:

200lbs. or less = Daily 1/2 oz. shot in the morning

200lbs + = Daily 1 oz. shot in the morning (or take ½ oz. shot in the morning and ½ oz. shot in the afternoon if preferred)


SUPERcharged Dosage = Daily 1 oz. shot in the morning and afternoon (around 2-3 p.m.)


While Maintaining Weight:

200lbs. or less = 2-3 Days a Week 1/2 oz. shot in the morning

200lbs + = 2-3 Days a Week 1 oz. shot in the morning (or take ½ oz. shot in the morning and ½ oz. shot in the afternoon if preferred)

 ****1 oz. is 6 teaspoons or 2 tablespoons and 1/2 oz. is 3 teaspoons or 1 Tablespoon.****

The recommended dosage is 8ml oral shot (1.5 tsp.), some may need to start with less and others may want to add more. As always, consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new dietary supplement or health regimen.


While Losing Weight:

200lbs. or less = Daily 8ml oral shot (1.5 tsp.) in the morning

200lbs + = Daily 16ml (1 Tbspn.) shot in the morning (or take 8ml (1.5 tspn.) shot in the morning and 8ml (1.5 tspn.) shot in the afternoon if preferred)


SUPERcharged Dosage = Daily 16ml (1 Tbspn.) shot in the morning and afternoon (around 2-3 p.m.)


While Maintaining Weight:

200lbs. or less = 2-3 Days a Week 8ml oral shot (1.5 tsp.) in the morning

200lbs + = 2-3 Days a Week 16ml (1 Tbspn.) shot in the morning (or take 8ml (1.5 tspn.) shot in the morning and 8ml (1.5 tspn.) shot in the afternoon if preferrred)


Please Note: We recommend that if someone is sensitive to new foods, supplements, etc. to start out at ½ tspn. per day and slowly titrate up to 1tspn. morning and afternoon and then up to the full recommended dosages based on your fitness goals. Also, as always consult with you healthcare provider before starting any new supplements or health regimen.
